By accessing the website at https://shinypass.com or using our products, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our products. The materials contained in this website and in our products are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ShinyPass's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

7. Interruption

ShinyPass reserves itself the right to interrupt or shut down all its services at any time without notice and will not be held liable for any damages arising from such services interruption or shut down.

8. Payments

ShinyPass may offer paid services. Payments for those services are final unless otherwise stated, they will not be refunded under any circumstances unless otherwise stated, except if ShinyPass decides to make an exception as ShinyPass deems necessary.

9. Modifications

ShinyPass may revise these terms of service for its website and products at any time without notice. By using this website or ShinyPass's products, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Acquisition

In case of acquisition, assets, including data, may of course be transferred to the acquirer. Some data may also be shared with potential acquirers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

These Terms of Service also apply to all our products. In the case where one of our products has terms of its own, then the terms of the product take precedence in case of conflict.

These Terms of Service are effective as of 19th August 2020.
